Description: Provide a new split face concrete masonry unit building structure addition of approximately 1,000 SF including two new locker rooms, two enlarged locker rooms, two new restroom/shower area, and new deck. The scope of work included surveying, clearing, grading, concrete footing, masonry foundation, concrete slab, HC concrete ramp and landing, masonry, wood carpentry, insulation, hollow metal frames and doors, hardware, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, single ply TPO roofing, gutter and downspouts, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and landscaping.
