Description: Provide site improvements including replacement of unsuitable soils, water main supply, irrigation system, septic system, and power supply. The construction of a 848 SF concrete masonry unit building structure with synthetic tile shed roof. Areas include Men’s Toilet, Women’s Toilet, Utility/Storage Room, and Covered Picnic Area, and concrete walks.
