Description: City Attorney Office scope of work to provide selective demolition for general, plumbing, HVAC, and
electrical work. Provide construction of new interior wall, new room finishes, new millwork, doors, door frames and
hardware, new acoustical ceilings throughout, modifications to the existing plumbing system, HVAC systems, Electrical
system including power, lighting and fire alarm, and add new building RZP backflow preventer.

Toilet Rooms Renovation scope of work to provide selective demolition for general, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
work. Provide construction of new interior wall, new floor and wall Ceramic tile finishes, new millwork, doors, new
acoustical ceilings throughout, new toilet partitions and toilet accessories, modifications to the existing plumbing system and fixtures, Electrical system including power, lighting and fire alarm.
