Description: The scope of work to shore up existing building structure. Selective demolition to remove sections of existing concrete floor slab, surrounding masonry wall surfaces, and structural column concrete. Replace column with new construction including rebar and concrete. Repair all surrounding surfaces, masonry, concrete slab, vinyl tile flooring, acoustical tile, and paint adjacent surfaces to match existing.
