Description: Provide renovations to remove existing deteriorated logs on the North and South Gable Ends and the removal of existing chinking. Provide new Structural T Column supports from top of existing foundation thru up to existing roof rafters. Provide structural steel flitch plate at the 2nd floor for summer beam end repairs. Provide carpentry bridging and bracing at 2nd floor and rafters. Provide new Antique #2 White Oak logs and new chinking, existing window repairs, existing stair repairs, siding repair and replacement, and miscellaneous painting.
