Description: Renovations to an Existing Exterior Plaza by adding approximately 700 SF Raised Patio and Renovate an existing Classroom into a new Student Lounge. The scope of work included surveying, clearing, grading, concrete walk and slabs, miscellaneous steel, concrete footing, raised masonry foundation, 18” diameter reinforced concrete columns, structural steel beams and translucent panel pyramid roof system, and ornamental metal guard rails. Lounge renovations to include selective demolition, light gauge framing, drywall, hollow metal frames, solid core wood doors, hardware, acoustical ceiling, glazing, painting, upgraded floor, millwork, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
