Description: Provide renovations to construct a new approximately 1,200 SF including a New Narthex, Men’s Toilet, Women’s Toilet, two Mechanical Closets, Entrance Portico, HC Ramp, and Donor Court Yard. The scope of work included selective demolition to remove the existing Entrance Vestibule, Covered Porch, HC Ramp, concrete walk, and tree. Provide new construction to include surveying, clearing, grading, concrete walk and slabs, brick pavers, miscellaneous steel, concrete footing, masonry foundation, masonry veneer, insulation, hollow metal frames, solid core wood doors, hardware, glazing, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, asphalt shingle, metal facias, vinyl soffits, gutter and downspouts, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and landscaping.
