Description: Provide renovations to construct a new Plaza. The scope of work included demolition and removal of the existing concrete apron. Provide surveying, grading, concrete footings, masonry brick knee walls, precast caps, brick pavers, new patterned concrete, concrete curb & gutter, and backfill with landscaping.
