Description: Renovations to an Existing 3 Story Building of approximately 47,840 square feet. New construction to include connect (2) 3 Story 2 stop Elevator Shafts: one East Tower and one South Tower, and a backup generator; Construction of a 4 Story 1 hour rated Stair Shaft.
